TWAUDiO Product Training Innovation Meets Expertise in Shanghai

From October 21 to 23, we at TWAUDiO, alongside our valued partners Jusheng Audio-Visual Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Haosheng Audio-Visual Technology Co., Ltd., held a successful product training session in Shanghai. This event was an incredible opportunity to connect with industry professionals from across the region, focusing on the latest advancements in audio technology, market trends, and our commitment to providing customers with top-tier technical support and solutions.

The training kicked off with a warm welcome from Chen Jianwei, chairman of Jusheng AV and Cheng Suping, general manager of Zhejiang Hengcheng, Xu Hao, general manager of Shanghai Haosheng AV, then shared the inspiring story of TWAUDiO’s collaboration with Jusheng Group, illustrating the innovation and vision that define our brand and influence within the global audio market.

After the opening remarks, we launched into a series of insightful discussions on current industry trends, product applications, and the practical challenges that our customers face. Chen Jianwei, Xu Hao, and our own TWAUDiO support engineer Thomas Vestergaard led the conversation, setting the stage for a productive conference. That evening, we enjoyed a relaxed buffet reception with live music, creating a space for attendees to connect and engage more deeply with one another.

The second and third days of the event focused on in-depth system training and hands-on experience with TWAUDiO products. Our senior international support engineers, Thomas Vestergaard and Rostislav Kundik, provided comprehensive lectures, guiding participants through the TWAUDiO speaker family. We explored the unique acoustic qualities of our point source models and line arrays, offering participants a detailed understanding of these advanced technologies.

Using live simulations on EASE Focus 3 software, we showed attendees how to configure and analyze sound reinforcement for real-world applications. We also demonstrated Powersoft's ArmoníaPlus amplifier system software platform, ensuring that participants could confidently apply these configurations to enhance performance. Topics covered included cardioid, end-fired, and omnidirectional subwoofer configurations, system calibration, phase alignment, impedance testing, and system tuning—practical skills designed to empower our attendees to maximize the potential of TWAUDiO systems.

To further enrich the experience, we organized product listening sessions that showcased the capabilities and versatility of TWAUDiO products. Through live demonstrations, in-depth discussions, and real-world case studies, participants gained a practical and intuitive understanding of our products' performance across various applications. This training conference not only fostered valuable knowledge sharing but also provided an invaluable platform for face-to-face communication and collaborative learning.
